This is the stuff of South African memories–superior oxidized, unblended Rooibos. They drink it. daily, with no additions. No caffeine, loaded with antioxidants. Rooibos has a rich, mellow, somewhat toasty flavor.
Serving Suggestion: Brew in concentrated form for a rich Rooibos ‘shot’. Some add milk & sugar just as if it were a tea or use as the base for a healthy Rooibos latte.
Brewing instructions: Use 1 heaping tsp. to 1 tbs. per 8 oz. water, to taste. Steep 5-7 minutes at 190-195F
