This Chai from the Cape of Southern Africa starts with the region’s best known plant: Rooibos. A delightful blend, very complex and authentic, with all the right spices, smoothed by the earthy flavor of the Rooibos. NO CAFFEINE.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with milk and honey.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 heaping tsp. to 1 TBS per 8 oz. water, to taste. Steep at 195F for 5 minutes, or longer to suit your personal taste.
