Serving Suggestion: Serve hot or iced, sweeten with raw sugar if desired. The first infusion is gentle, the second stronger as the leaves unwind. It will give 3-4 infusions.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 heaping tsp. to 1 tbs. per 8 oz. water, to taste. Steep 2 minutes at 170-175F for first infusion.
