Many people go to coffee and tea houses just for the specialty drinks.  And one of the favorites is an iced tea latte.  Diane shows you how to make delicious iced lattes using loose tea and herbal blends, Blueberry Creme (Rooibos) http://bit.ly/2qN1q2p and Moroccan Mint (green tea) http://bit.ly/2rhsEji.

When we had our retail locations, we offered a number of options, and a personal favorite is Almond Milk.  You can use it sweetened or unsweetened with the sweetener of your choice.  We also used syrups for flavoring and to intensify flavor, but at home we enjoy just using regular sweetening options, including honey.

If you don’t have a shaker, you can use an insulated travel tumbler, like we do. to shake the latte.  You can also add whipped cream if you are feeling a little decadent.  But be careful…it can be habit-forming!

Rooibos is full of antioxidants and blueberries are known as a ‘super food’, so you can’t miss.  Plus..this latte was one of our most popular in the store.   And Moroccan Mint?  You can’t beat it for its’ icy refreshing taste on a hot summer day!

Try these yourselves and I’ll bet you’ll make them for friends and family when the weather gets warm and you want something to cool down fast.  They’re super easy and super delicious.
