RECIPE: (one serving) 1/2 cup oatmeal (your choice; following cooking time on container)

1 8-oz. cup brewed chai (Our Rooibos Chai in the recipe is here: http://bit.ly/2z0j35E)

1/4 cup coconut or other milk

Optional Toppings: 1/2 banana, sliced and/or 3-4 TBS chopped walnuts

Squeeze of agave or honey, or sprinkling brown sugar

More coconut milk/dairy if desired over top

DIRECTIONS: Put oatmeal in pan and add brewed chai. Let stand for 5-10 minutes (or overnight in refrigerator if desired)

Bring to simmer and add 1/4 cup coconut/other milk Cooking time per directions on oatmeal container

Remove to bowl & add toppings. Enjoy!
