This is what some like to call a ‘dessert tea’. A really creative blend of black tea, Rooibos, cacao, chocolate, yogurt and toasted coconut. Yummy!!
Serving Suggestion: Brew a heaping TBS in 5 oz. water and add to 7 oz. steamed milk. Add honey or dark chocolate sauce for a luscious latte. Add same 5 oz. strong ‘shot’ to hot chocolate.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 heaping tsp. to 1 tbs. per 8 oz. water, to taste. Steep 5 minutes! Brings out the flavors. 190-195F

What do you love in an oolong? Multiple infusions? Toasty warm flavor? This has both. The coconut is quiet but perceptible in this more lightly oxidized organic oolong from one of our favorite sources. They get it right so often and this has become a favorite oolong of even those who are not fans of flavored tea. Up to 3 infusions for me, maybe more for you if you want nuances. Serving Suggestion: Serve hot or iced, with or without sweetener. Suggested sweetener – raw sugar or honey.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 heaping tsp. to 1 tbs. per 8 oz. water, to taste. Steep 4-5 minutes at 190-195F.

The blend is a knock-out. A delicious and delicate combination of white tea and raw coconut. After infusion, a golden liquid with notes of warmth and comfort–the coconut doesn’t dominate..just hints.
Serving Suggestion: Wonderful hot or iced and especially nice if raw sugar is the sweetener, should you feel the need.
Brewing Instructions:Use 1 heaping tsp. to 1 tbs. per 8 oz. water, to taste. Steep 3 minutes at 170-175F
Ingredients: White Peony tea, cornflower, safflower, coconut & coconut essence
